A 1-to-1 Introductory  Session

We'll introduce you to the space, go over some of the movements we use most often, do an optional body composition analysis, and set realistic goals.

Up to x3 Personal Training  sessions per week

Our 50min sessions are tailored specifically to your needs and are flexible around your busy schedule.

Access to our cardio and toning sessions

Supplement your PT sessions with our 45min Hybrid, Engine, Boxing & Build sessions.

Is the 21 Day Challenge free?

No, our 21 Day Challenge is a paid challenge and the price is £149.

What happens after the 21 Day Challenge?

That’s entirely your choice. Some people complete the Challenge as a kickstart, while others use it as a platform to continue training with us.

Our memberships typically sit around £200 per month and vary based on the amount of personal training you’d like, with class access included across all options.

There’s no pressure to continue - we’ll support you while you’re with us and talk you through the next steps if and when you’d like to.

Are training times flexible?

Yes, very.

All sessions are booked through a simple mobile app, so there’s no back-and-forth over messages or emails.

We run around 50 sessions per week in Tradeston and around 45 in Giffnock, covering early mornings, mid-morning, lunchtime, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings.

You’re not tied to fixed days or times — you can book around your schedule as it changes.

I've never been in a gym before, does that matter?

Many of our members started with no prior gym experience. You don’t need to be fit, strong, or confident to begin.

We start with a one-to-one Start Point Session, where we cover the basics of technique and identify the most appropriate exercise options for you. From there, we guide you through each session at a pace that’s sensible, sustainable, and safe.

As you progress, we’ll gradually increase the challenge so you can continue to make progress comfortably.

Can I come in and check the place out before I sign up?

Of course, you can.

Just get in touch and we’ll look forward to arranging a tour for you.

Will I get results?

If you show up consistently and make a concerted effort to improve your daily habits, yes.

We’ll work with you to ensure you get off to a great start and stay on track.

What if I've got some aches and pains?

If you’re fortunate enough to make it through life without any injuries or niggles, we’re jealous. If you’re like the rest of us, you’ll be absolutely fine.

We’ll chat through your concerns on the phone, assess during your Start Point Session and make a plan to manage the issue(s) together.

Our trainers are dab hands at working around niggles so you can rest assured you’ll be well looked after.
